Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside. ***This is a non-smoking unit. Violation of the non-smoking rule will result in a fee of $400. This is non-negotiable.

It is an absolute pleasure that me and my wife along with the 7 month old baby got a chance to stay at this place. The place was very clean and well maintained. The moment me and my wife entered the house, we were very excited with all the amenities that was available during our stay. The kitchen was amazing and we used the outdoor grill. The best part is there were lot of toys for my baby as well. This is a top notch experience for me and my wife.

We enjoyed our stay. The host reached out before we even arrived to let us know of an issue with the air mattress and had their son-in-law drop off a replacement and he even installed it. The place was comfortable, beds are huge, and it was conveniently located. This was a last minute booking as our previous airbnb ended up getting cancelled the day before our trip, and it worked very well.

Great location, not too far from exciting things to do in Nashville.

They honestly had one of the best stocked kitchens of any Airbnb we've stayed. Even had kid cups for my 4 year old. The place was clean and nicely set up for our needs. Location was easy to find and numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Nice house. Would book again. Easy access to Nashville and safe neighborhood (no sidewalks though).
Host prolly expects a bit much with cleaning rules while charging $140 cleaning fee. Stripping beds and such which two little kids at 5am was not fun.
