Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside. ***This is a non-smoking unit. Violation of the non-smoking rule will result in a fee of $400. This is non-negotiable.

We enjoyed our stay. The host reached out before we even arrived to let us know of an issue with the air mattress and had their son-in-law drop off a replacement and he even installed it. The place was comfortable, beds are huge, and it was conveniently located. This was a last minute booking as our previous airbnb ended up getting cancelled the day before our trip, and it worked very well.

We had an amazing stay at the Cleve’s place. Immaculate!!! Great location, not too far from exciting things to do in Nashville. I’ll definitely be making reservations with them again!!!!

They honestly had one of the best stocked kitchens of any Airbnb we've stayed. Even had kid cups for my 4 year old. The place was clean and nicely set up for our needs. Location was easy to find and numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Nice house. Would book again. Easy access to Nashville and safe neighborhood (no sidewalks though). Host prolly expects a bit much with cleaning rules while charging $140 cleaning fee. Stripping beds and such which two little kids at 5am was not fun.

Cleeve’s place was great. The neighborhood was quiet and it was fairly close to a lot of the activities that we were doing. The only complaint I have is that there were about 10 wasps that we had to kill that entered the home. Not sure how they got there. Other than that, thank you for the stay!

One of our best airbnb experiences to date. When I opened the door and stepped inside, I was instantly pleased. looked exactly like the pictures. Super clean and comfortable. And the house so so we'll stocked I felt like I was at my own house. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home and pray it is available whenever we visit Nashville.

My family and I stayed at Cleves lovely townhome and couldn’t be more happy with our experience! The drive into Downtown Nashville was very easy and only 15-20 mins to get anywhere in town, which is our preferred distance from a busy city. Our 5 year old son was with us and was ecstatic to find lots of toys in the upstairs bedroom (toys & books for all ages and options for boys and girls) and anytime we were at the house that’s where he wanted to be. We were grateful to find a booklet that was typed up by Cleves with information on the Airbnb as well as tips and recommendations for our stay in Nashville. They were very proactive and thought of everything we could possibly need for an exceptional Airbnb stay. 10/10 would recommend!

we absolutely love the place. It is so cozy and comfortable that it feels like home away from home. Had a little playroom with plenty of toys for my son that was wonderful. The living room is spacious, very clean. The kitchen is spectacular. All the beds are so comfortable. I will absolutely come back. We were close enough to everything as well
